This privacy policy is applicable to the MehReader app for mobile devices (the "Application"), owned and operated by Breezy ("Breezy," "we," "us," or the "Service Provider").
Breezy operates no servers, databases, or analytics systems collecting, receiving, and storing any of your personal information from the Application. MehReader works entirely locally on your device. There is no Breezy-operated backend that any of your reading activity, files, or personal information is ever sent to.
There are only two ways in which information may be transmitted as a result of using the Application as described below: advertising served through Google AdMob, and an optional local exchange with other apps you have on your device. Breezy has no access to, and holds no data in relation to, either of these operations.
The Application uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements. For the delivery and measurement purposes, AdMob and its partners collect and process information about your device such as your advertising ID, IP address, device information, and app usage data and use this information to deliver advertisements that are relevant for your interests. This collection is made by Google, not by Breezy, and Breezy does not receive copies of this data.
Where required by applicable laws (including in the European Economic Area, the UK, and certain U.S. states), you will be asked to consent before seeing personalized ads, and you may opt-in for non-personalized ads. You can control ad personalization for your device through your device operating system settings, and you can find out more about how Google collects and processes this data at Google's Privacy & Terms and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Since Breezy holds no data of this kind, all requests regarding access to, correction of, and deletion of information collected by AdMob need to be made directly to Google via the links provided above; Breezy has no ability to make any actions in regard to this data on Google's behalf.
MehReader is able to open books, comics, or any other content that was shared to it from a compatible third-party app installed on your device. When it happens, MehReader sends information directly to that same app — never to Breezy, and never over the internet to any server — so it could reflect your reading activity in its own history. This information includes:
This exchange is done directly between the two apps installed on your device and only in respect of the particular app that has shared the content with MehReader. MehReader does not initiate this exchange itself, and Breezy has no access to, and receives no copies of, this information. Any copies of this information reside only in the other app, on your device, subject to its privacy practices — not this one.
This feature is performed only when you open content in MehReader that was shared from another app. In case you don't use it, this exchange never occurs.
Since Breezy has no ability to collect, receive, or store personal information from the Application, there is no personal data that is held by Breezy to access, correct, or delete. To the extent you have any questions about information collected by Google AdMob or by another app that exchanged information with MehReader as described above, please contact Google and that app's own developer respectively via the contact information they provided.

The CCPA/CPRA grant California residents the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information collected by a business. Since the Application has no backend and Breezy does not collect any personal information from it, there are no personal data sold or shared by Breezy in respect of this App. The categories of information handled by Google AdMob are governed by Google's privacy policy as linked above.
Since Breezy does not collect or hold personal data from the Application, there are no international transfers of personal data performed by Breezy in connection with this application. Any international transfers of personal data in connection with the Application are performed by Google in the framework of AdMob, according to Google's own privacy safeguards as linked above.
You can stop the Application from working on your device and stop any local exchange as described above at any time simply by uninstalling the Application. Since Breezy does not hold any copies of your information, there is nothing on Breezy's side that needs to be deleted after you uninstalled the Application.
For managing your ad personalization, use your device operating system settings or the links provided in the "Advertising (AdMob)" section above. For managing any information held by another app that has exchanged reading progress with MehReader, please contact that app's developer directly.
The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. Breezy does not knowingly market the Application to children, and since the Application has no backend, Breezy does not knowingly, or otherwise, collect personal information from children, or from anyone.
Since parental or guardian consent would be required by applicable law in respect of data collection of an app that collects data, such consent is not required here as no such collection is performed. Since Breezy does not operate any backend or hold any personal data, there is no Breezy-held database of user information to protect. The security of any information handled by Google AdMob is governed by Google's own security measures as described in the policies linked above. The security of any information exchanged locally with another app is governed by the practices of that app.
Since Breezy does not collect or store personal data, there is no Breezy-held dataset that could be subject to data breach. Should Breezy ever start collecting or storing any data in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly before starting any such collection.
Breezy may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including in case the Application's data practices will change — for example, if a future version will introduce some analytics, backend service, or new third-party SDKs. Any such change will be reflected in an updated privacy policy with a new effective date, and where required by law, Breezy will obtain your consent before such change will take effect.

By using the Application, you acknowledge this policy. Where a specific consent is required by law — such as to consent to personalized advertising — this consent is collected separately as described in the "Advertising (AdMob)" section above, and you may withdraw it at any time via the means described there.
